My program is much different than any diet plan because I address not only what you eat, but how to make changes that last. 

Many people find it difficult to make change if the steps are difficult and they do not understand or believe in the method.
That’s why I want to explain to you why my method makes sense and why you are going to succeed if you try it.

There are a few rules I follow:

The fastest way to change your behavior is to change your beliefs. I help you understand the why and how before you do.
If the food is not good or enough, you’re NOT going to stick with it. It has to taste better and be as much as feels good.

Our relationship to food is emotional. Besides the facts and knowledge, we need to understand why we eat the way we do if we want to get better habits.
While food is very important to our health, so are other lifestyle choices and circumstances. We can choose heart-healthy foods, but die of a heart attack from too much stress.

Finally, we believe in a strategy that you can keep and follow for life. Crash diets are unhealthy and unsustainable.
